The Kingfield Board of Selectmen named a committee to look
into issues, make suggestions and understand concerns prior to
the start of the engineering for the reconstruction of Route
27 through downtown Kingfield by the Maine Department of
Transportation. The reconstruction of Route 27 is expected to
start over the next couple of years.
